Important information

Please inform the Port Ottiolu Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 8 PM. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.For checkouts outside the office hours, the refund of the deposit will be made within three days of departure by bank transfer and expenses and money deposits will be withheld.

Please note that city tax and service fees will be paid at the arrival. Bed linen included in the 1st supply; bathroom linen on request at €. 10 per person per week. Please note that cleaning the kitchenette, fridge and dishes is the responsibility of the user of the apartment.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 5 EUR per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 10 kilos.
