Important information

Electricity, water and gas are included. You can bring your own towels or rent them on site. Wi-fi is only available in common areas. The cleaning fee does not include the kitchenette area. Check-in is from 17:00 to 20:00.

In case of arrivals before 13:00 (from 13:00 until 17:00 the reception office will be closed), an early check-in can be requested contacting the reception office. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated by all guests at the confirmation of booking and then they must contact the reception office to arrange the collection of the keys.

Without prior communication, check-in is not guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50,00 may be charged as a penalty for check-ins from 20:00 to 22:00; all check-ins after 22:00 will be charged a mandatory fee of € 50,00.
